The Recipe

Ingredients :

½ Lime
1 cl Sugar Cane Syrup
6 cl Vodka
1 Egg white
Cinnamon Powder
Réserve Royale Blonde

Preparation :

Press the lime and pour the sugar cane syrup, the vodka and the egg white into a shaker ;
Add the ice and a pinch of cinnamon powder and shake well ;
Pour into the “Réserve Royale” 31 cl glass and top-up with Réserve Royale Blonde ;
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and lime twist.
