“A creation of Thibaut Dodeler”
– 6 cl Bourbon Vanilla from Madagascar infused Vodka
– 2 cl Lime juice
– 1.5 cl Ginger syrup
– 6 cl Réserve Royale Blonde
– 2 Angostura Aromatic Bitters (spray)
Pour the vodka, lime juice and ginger syrup in a shaker;
Add ice and tap vigorously;
Pour into a Julep Mug filled with crushed ice;
Complete with Réserve Royale Blonde;
Spray 2 Angostura Aromatic Bitters spray on top of the glass.
A lime zest over the glass and garnish with a clove of vanilla and pieces of candied ginger.
